Hi, I’m Jason, and since 2007, I’ve been helping nonprofits in Oregon and Washington get organized, grow stronger, and stay focused on what really matters — their mission.

Running a small to mid-sized trade association, specialty organization, or other industry nonprofit takes a ton of behind-the-scenes work. That’s where my team and I come in. We offer executive director-level services designed to lift the burden off your board, streamline your operations, and help your organization thrive — without the overhead or hassle of hiring in-house.

Based in Oregon, we’re a small but mighty crew, supported by a trusted network of contributors.
